Objective
      TEC Partnership invites proposals to conduct an audit focused on reviewing the compliance of its Estates and Health & Safety teams' practices, policies, and procedures.  The audit will assess alignment with regulatory and statutory obligations, focusing on Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) standards, risk management frameworks, and best practices.  The audit will concentrate on evaluating documentation, internal policies, and procedural frameworks.  
      This audit seeks to strengthen TEC Partnership's commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management by identifying any gaps in policy, procedural clarity, or regulatory alignment within key operational areas.
      
      Scope of Work
      The selected company will undertake a comprehensive review of TEC Partnership's Estates and Health & Safety teams' practices relating to the estate. This review will focus on written policies, internal procedures, risk assessments, training records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.  The primary aim is to assess the sufficiency and accuracy of the organisation's documented practices in meeting regulatory standards.
