Description

Dover District Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable Provider for the supply, implementation and maintenance of a Customer Relationship Management solution and invites prospective Providers to submit a Tender to meet the Council's requirements.

The Contract is anticipated to commence June 25 and will continue for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further 24 months (in 12 monthly increments).

Tender returns are to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by no later than 12:00pm on 4th March 2025.

Truro and Penwith College is a large, further education provider in Cornwall. The College has three main campuses in Truro, Penzance and Bodmin. The College provides education services to circa 9,000 learners with a workforce of 1200 staff. The current HR and Payroll platform is an on-premise system that has been in place for many years, but no longer meets the needs of the College. The primary objective of this procurement for Truro & Penwith College is to select a single contractor to supply and implement a modern, modular, and cost-effective HR and Payroll system. The first phase of the project will focus on the seamless and low-impact migration of the core Payroll, Pensions, and HR functions, with a requirement for this phase to be completed by Q3-2026. Following successful implementation, the College must have the opportunity to call off extended functionality including such functions as: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, HR Case Management, and Learning & Development. These will be elective modules, implemented according to the College's own timetable. Fully detailed ITT documents will be a made available to suppliers immediately following evaluation of the PSQ. Wakefield Council Bereavement Services Admin system

Wakefield Council operate 2 Crematoria, at Wakefield and Pontefract, and run and maintain 19 Cemeteries across the district. The Council's Bereavement Services currently undertake around 3500 cremations and 850 burials (both full burials and cremated remains interments) per annum. As part of this role the Council operates an electronic system for the booking of cremations and burials, including an online booking system for Funeral Directors, and has a legal obligation to maintain electronic burial and cremation Registers. Memorials sales are also undertaken, and Bereavement Services is also responsible for the inspection, testing and recording of all memorials contained within their cemeteries and ensuring that they are all maintained in a safe condition. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 5 years from the agreed go-live date (with a preceding implementation period being specified in the contract). After the initial period, the contract could continue for up to a maximum of 5 further years. This will be for a 2-year optional extension period, followed by a further 2-year optional extension and a final one-year extension (5+2+2+1).
