Schedule of Services \r • Acting as an intelligent client for the market demand element of the spatial framework evidence base:\r • Challenging and evaluating assumptions \r • Questioning methodology \r • Reviewing evidence base and testing against local plan evidence\r • To not replicate the ITT work \r • Ensuring data is digital and accessible for use across the full CDG workstreams \r • Validating and giving comfort to stakeholders that work is on the horizon and providing updates to stakeholders \r • Identification of policies to accelerate growth, e.g. housing tenure diversification and testing commercial assumptions used in the financial model for a variety of tenure options.\r • Provision of market intelligence to support the SR bid and future business case work.\r • Recruiting a market research team and transferring skills to ensure clear exit strategy
