Description

Arnison Close is a sheltered housing scheme based in Allendale in Northumberland. It was built in 1982 and contains 15 flats all of which are currently being renovated. This scheme is to refurbish the communal areas of Arnison Close which include a Foyer, Office, WC, Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry, Corridors, Stairs, Bin Store and replace the external entrance door, circulation doors and store doors. This scheme can only commence following completion of the flat renovations which is scheduled to be February 2025.

For the provision of the Manston Road Environment Agency Compliance Works. Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 19 September 2025.
