Description

Wolfson House is a male-only facility that provides a low secure setting and is focused on
rehabilitation and preparing service users to be discharged home or into a residential
accommodation. The secure building comprises of 7 storeys consisting for various types of rooms such as
Bedrooms, lounge areas, dining areas, kitchens, treatment rooms, seclusion rooms, office
areas and a reception.
The existing electrical lighting within the building is of various ages and are at or near the
end of their serviceable life and is in need of upgrading.
The ground floor lighting has recently been upgraded in 2023 by contractor Logan so
therefore does not form part of the project scope.

IT Neutral Vendor

This Framework Contract will adopt a Neutral Vendor Managed Service model to offer a 'one stop shop' for all in scope ICT goods and services based on the Framework CPV codes. The Neutral Vendor will act a single interface between the Customer and the Supply Chain. Procurement of electronic equipment and frequency control devices

Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2) is a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. As part of its project activities, PFRU-2 is seeking an organization to supply the electronic equipment and frequency control devices. Please note the following important tender provisions: • the deadline for submitting proposals is October 30, 2025, at 15:00 Kyiv time; • all questions regarding the tender conditions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2025, at 18:00 Kyiv time; • Price proposals must be submitted either in Ukrainian or English; • All tender-related communication must be conducted exclusively in writing via email at [email protected]; • The PFRU-2 project is exempt from taxes, fees, and VAT in the partner country.
