This service comprises of annual gas servicing works, responsive repairs and the installation of new gas fired heating and hot water equipment in domestic properties managed by the London Borough of Brent. The domestic property stock being covered is circa 8,200 dwellings ranging from single units to high rise tower blocks. The service also comprises of planned preventative maintenance including safety inspections, servicing, maintenance and repairs for communal gas fired/oil fired/ashp/hiu appliances and communal heating systems in communal buildings where the London Borough of Brent is the freeholder.

Mosscare St Vincent's Housing Group - or MSV for short, are a social landlord working across the Northwest of England. We own and manage almost 9,000 homes in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Our ethos and values place us right at the heart of communities, working with customers to deliver excellent landlord services and provide customers with a warm, safe home. MSV invites organisations to submit a request to participate in order to establish a DPS of contractors to provide a wide range of servicing including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, cyclical servicing, mechanical and electrical services and capital works. Categories are listed within this notice and further detail of minimum requirements for each category can be found within the tender documentation. Other services that are closely linked to the categories listed may be procured through the DPS from time to time to meet the requirements of MSV. The deadline for initial requests to participate is 5:00pm 28th October 2024. For clarity evaluation of bidder submissions during the initial set up of the DPS will take place following the deadline for initial RTP submissions. Once all bidders who submitted during the initial set up are advised of the outcome of their RFP submission, the DPS will officially commence. The DPS will remain open for the full duration to allow for additional requests to participate.
