Description

Dover District Council (“the Council”) wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor for its development at Poulton Close, Dover. The successful Contractor is expected to start on site August 2025 as per the Project programme contained within the tender documents. Expressions of interest will only be accepted via the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk .
Completed Response Documents are to be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 12.00 hrs on the 14th March 2025.

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide an Adaptations to a residential property in Hull - Erection of:- Rear flat roofed bed//wet room extension (5.75m long x 3.87m wide x 2.85m (high). The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 6th May 2025 ending by 21st July 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the Works to be £72,000.00 overall.
