Description

The Contracting Authority is planning to refresh its end-of-life PC devices. This refresh occurs annually on a rolling basis, depending on the deployment capacity of the NHS GM IT team. Historically, desktop devices have been predominantly issued across the organisation. However, during the COVID period, laptops were introduced to support remote working and maintain business continuity.

The Contracting Authority is required to replace 720 desktop devices. There is also a need to replace a smaller number of laptops-approximately 70 to 80.
