CPC intends to put a framework agreement in place with multiple suppliers for the supply of ICT hardware and peripherals equipment, and related services, open to both manufacturers and resellers that will offer additional benefits through collaborative and innovative partnerships with CPC members and the wider pubic sector. Girls' Learning Trust MIS Tender

Established in September 2015, GLT is the UK’s largest all-girls, all-state-funded multi-academy trust. It currently comprises three successful and high-performing secondary schools in the London Borough of Sutton. With a combined student population of over 4,500 girls aged 11-18 and a workforce of nearly 500 staff, it operates across three large sites. The Trust is now tendering for the provision of Management Information System Services, with a contract start date of 1st November 2025. The contract value is expected to be circa £35,000 + VAT per annum and for the initial three year term the expected value is circa £105,000 + VAT. The Trust will be using a two stage competitive flexible process. The contract will run for an initial three-year term, with termly and annual reviews in place. To ensure flexibility for both parties, should the relationship not prosper, a break clause has been included. There is also an option to extend the contract for a further two years (1+1), by mutual agreement, subject to satisfactory qualitative and financial performance.
