This work includes site works to facilitate new drainage at the Lotherton Hall Estate and includes swales, land drainage, soakaways including supply and install of perforated pipe , preformed access chambers. The work also includes the construction of timber edged footpaths with self binding material.

Designs should be fun, creative and imaginative with equipment that promotes healthy activity, incorporates risk and challenge and promotes inclusiveness. Designs should make the best use of the space available with adequate space for Minimum Use Zones and allow sufficient space outside the fenced play area for seating/picnic tables. Seating provision will need to also be considered as part of the scope of this contract. The Council's aspiration is for project completion, snagging and handover to be undertaken no later than before the end of Spring 2026.
