Description

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of the Neurodiversity Support Hub.Further information in regards to this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3 below. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.  To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on the 3rd March 2025.Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted by the system. The estimated total value of all of the Contracts is stated in II.1.5 of this notice and is for initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extension.

For the Provision of a Specialised Care & Support Flexible Framework

North Somerset Council is looking for suitably qualified providers to deliver (regulated and unregulated) Specialised Care and Support Services in the North Somerset area. This Flexible Framework Agreement will incorporate services for adults and children in transitions in the following groups: • Learning Disabilities • Mental Health • Acquired Brain Injury • Physical Disability and/or sensory impairment • Autism • Transitions • Children with a Disability To be awarded a place on this Flexible Framework you will need to have, or be in the process of setting up, a local office (registered if applicable) where the Care and Support will be delivered from. By local North Somerset Council requires this to be within North Somerset, Bath and North-East Somerset, Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. If you meet these criteria, you should review and complete the tender documents attached as follows: • The Invitation to Tender Open Volume One - these are instructions and information, please read. • Invitation to Tender Open Volume Two - this document requires completing and submitting via the portal along with the relevant supporting documents listed in section 6.4 of ITT volume 2. Failure to complete and submit all the required documents will result in your application being rejected. Further guidance is attached on how to submit your application. This is a Flexible Framework Agreement for Specialised Care and Support with Four Lots: Lot 1: Specialised Care and Support Services Supported Living Lot 2: Specialised Care and Support Individualised Packages for people Lot 3: Building Based Day Services Lot 4: Complex Health and Behaviour care and support to people who have eligible needs from both the Council, AWP and Health. Future Rounds Suppliers can apply to join the Flexible Framework during this initial Round 1, which closes on 28 February 2025. Timescales and deadlines for future rounds will be advised through the Supplying the South West portal, following initial set up of the Flexible Framework. Once this initial tender (Round 1) is complete, the Council will evaluate bids subject to demand. The Council reserves the right not to open a new round. Providers who choose not to submit a tender during this initial tender period (Round 1) or who may be unsuccessful in meeting the requirements for admission to the framework may submit/re-submit their tender via the portal however, after this initial tender (Round 1), it should be noted that the Council only intends to evaluate these bids periodically and so there may be some delay between submission and evaluation of your bid.
