Description

The University requires a Travel Management Company (TMC) that is able to facilitate non UK travel booking needs for a diverse range of stakeholders, including but not limited to Air Travel, Rail Travel and Accommodation Booking. The University requires a TMC with the provision to provide these services both online through a booking platform, and offline support including a 24 hour emergency helpline. The current TMC contract is ending in September 2025, the University is now seeking to re-contract for this service.

FSCS504 Travel Management Services

The FSCS is seeking to engage with a single Service Provider for the provision of “One Stop Shop” travel management services. The travel service is to be delivered to a high-quality standard whilst demonstrating value for money for the FSCS. The service must include an easy-to-use online booking facility for routine requirements, mainly in relation to UK travel and accommodation. The Framework Agreement will provide the public sector with a one-stop-shop offering a range of high quality, service-focused, compliant travel management solutions. Covering the provision of both online and offline services, suppliers will be expected to be able to provide a wide range of solutions, whilst also offering advisory and administrative support. Suppliers will be required to give details of how they will provide Customers with sustainable travel solutions, how they track and report on carbon emissions, and what initiatives they have implemented to offset carbon emissions associated with travel.
