This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) on behalf of National Guardian Office (NGO) requires a new enquiries/case management solution (based on MS Dynamics 365) to fulfil four main business functions: 1. Log and Process Day to day Enquiries Management 2. Provide Guardians Registration Portal 3. Upload Registered Guardians Details to NGO Website 4. Anonymised Data Sets This procurement was undertaken through the CCS Software Design and Implementation Services Agreement (RM6193), following the Further Competition process.
