Description

GP Services - To provide medical input, care management, support and advice for the residents in Lings Bar Rehabilitation centre, (72 beds). Ensuring the service is well led in-line with CQC domain definitions and fully supported to deliver high quality primary medical level of care and oversight for residents. Patients may have transferred from acute care or require step up from community-based care, are medically fit and require a period of assessment, rehabilitation recovery and/or reablement to achieve discharge into an appropriate community setting. Additional information: 
As per the Provider Selection Regime.  
The Initial term shall be 12 months with options to extend by TWO period of TWELVE months.  (Maximum contract durations of THREE years)

The West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner commissioned the Arrest Referral Service in January 2020. This service covered the four existing custody suites in the West Midlands force area at that time. Cranstoun are the current service provider. The current service was commissioned to complete Required Assessments following a positive Drug Test on Arrest, and Community Sentence Treatment Requirement (CSTR) Suitability Assessments prior to court appearance. Prosthetics and Orthotics service

Prosthetics - The Contractor will work with the Trust to place the patient at the heart of everything specialised rehabilitation and reablement centres do. The contractor will ensure the provision and/or manufacture and repair of appropriate equipment to patients within the delivery timelines. The contractor will provide a full range of services during working hours Monday to Friday. The Contractor will be responsible for a workshop on the Site at Mayflower community Hospital, in Billericay Essex. Orthotics - The contract is for the provision of an orthotic goods and services for new and existing patients serviced by Havering, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge (paediatric services), Waltham Forest (paediatrics services) and Brentwood ICB's. Clinics will be held at the following sites: Harold Wood Clinic (Romford) , Axe Street (Barking), Special Schools, Wood Street and Coleridge Road in Walthamstow and The Grove (Redbridge) .
