The requirement is for an Alcohol and Drugs Crisis Outreach Service that will operate to reduce harm, save lives, and improve access to treatment and care by providing key interventions to prevent drug and alcohol-related deaths. In line with the MAT standards, the key aims of a Crisis Outreach Service would be to engage with individuals at higher risk of overdose and those who have experienced a near fatal overdose to provide care and support to increase access to life saving protective treatment. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England (referred to as the Authority), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to respond to this Competitive Process for the provision of Provision of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Services for all ages (Lot 1: North West, Lot 2: North East and Yorkshire, Lot 3: East of England, Lot 4: Midlands, Lot 5: London and South East, Lot 6: South West).<br/><br/>The service is due to commence on 1st October 2025. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 5 years with<br/>the Commissioners having the option to extend for up to an additional 1 + 1 year(s) (maximum contract duration 7 years).<br/><br/>The deadline for submissions is 12.00pm (noon) on Monday 24th February 2025.
