Description

The Defence Medical Academy piloted a Go Engage model to analyse and build staff engagement. 

Specifically this contract will produce a self-competition questionnaire agreed between the Authority and the Contractor.  The Contractor shall provide team reports from the survey results.

NHS Norfolk & Waveney ICB (NWICB) seeks competitive bids for the Provision of a Learning Disability Respite Service for People aged 18+ with a learning disability, who are under the duty of care of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and are registered with a GP within Norfolk & Waveney.<br/><br/>The successful Provider will deliver a five-bed residential respite service with nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.<br/><br/>The service will be provided 24 hours per day, seven days a week including days, evenings and weekends, and will be provided over a full 52 weeks per year, as defined and detailed in the Essential Standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
