Description

Progress Housing Group are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to assist the inhouse team with the planned and reactive maintenance of approximately 30 Kitchen and/or Bathroom replacements within supported properties per year in the North West area as per the attached specification.

Contract term
The anticipated Contract duration is 2 years with the option to extend by a further 2 years (1+1) subject to performance.

Choice Housing wishes to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to carry out MEI works at Corkey House, Belfast. The works are listed below and include various repairs to the Corkey House complex in Belfast and are detailed in the ITT documentation and associated Works Information and Site Information. The above list of Works represents a general summary only and the Contractor must refer to all sections of the Works Information, Site Information and Price List to ensure they’re fully conversant with, and understand, all aspects of the Contract requirements.
