Homes England - Brookleigh Eastern End Drainage and Landscaping

Homes England is seeking a contractor to deliver the Brookleigh Eastern End Draining and Landscaping contract. The first part of the works involves the construction of a new Foul Water Pumping Station. The scope includes site clearance and the installation of the necessary foul water drainage system, including vitrified clay pipes and manholes. Following the completion of the station, Southern Water (as a separate contract) will be responsible for connecting the system to the Fairplace Hill Pumping Station under a Section 98 requisition. The second part of the works focuses on the construction of Attenuation Pond P22, which will provide the discharge of surface water from adjoining plots. The work includes full site clearance and excavation to form the pond as per the design specifications. The drainage system will also be installed to manage surface water runoff effectively. As part of this scope, landscaping will be undertaken around the pond area to ensure proper integration into the surrounding environment. Access paths will be constructed around the pond to allow for ongoing maintenance and operational use. The pond will be equipped with erosion control measures to stabilize the area and prevent long-term environmental degradation.
