ABC Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified team to fully manage, coordinate and deliver a Disability Upskilling Programme in 2025/2026 to support the local economy and support local people into employment. This intervention is an important strand under Strategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2025/2026: To improve employability outcomes and/or labour market conditions locally. The programme will also include working in partnership with the ABC LMP team to run a reverse job fair within the ABC borough. The successful delivery partner will plan and host a celebration event after the programme completes in the ABC area.
