Description

PA invites organisations to participate in a 60-month DPS for the provision of Health and Social Work Services.  The DPS will be accessible by all current and future Clients of PA. The DPS may be used by all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education and Charities.
Clients may specify different types of Health and Social Work Services.  These may be specific, or a combination of different types of services.  The DPS requires relevant qualified service providers to provide services, in one, or multiples of the following: 
Category 1 – Adult Social Care
Category 2 – Child and Young Persons Social Care
Category 3 – Adult, Child and Young Persons Social Care
The services required under each category may include, but are are not limited to, 
•Community, social and personal services
•Guidance and counselling services
•Psychiatrist and psychologist services
•Persons affected by crime of all ages
Procurement Assist is publishing this Notice of Amendment made pursuant to the original Notice 2022/S 000-018972 to extend the DPS to 31 May 2029.  The remaining information in relation to this DPS is unchanged.

Tender for Strategic Partner: Delivery of Residential and Nursing Care in Gloucestershire County Council Estate.

Gloucestershire County Council are seeking interest from suitably qualified tenders from the market to enter into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for the delivery of Residential and Nursing care services. The Procurement is being run by the Council on behalf of itself. The Council will act as the sole lead organisation throughout the Procurement and for management of the Contract. This Procurement provides for: a) the selection of Suppliers to submit an Initial Supplier based on the conditions of participation as set out in the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (see Appendix H) such that only those Suppliers who meet the conditions of participation are invited to respond to the Invitation to Submit an Initial Tender (ISIT); b) an intermediate stage involving the submission of a response to the ISIT, evaluation of all responses and only those three Suppliers whose responses to ISIT achieve the highest scores proceeding to the next stages of the Procurement; c) a dialogue stage with the same three top-scoring Suppliers to discuss approaches the specific aspects of the requirement such as the staffing mix, governance arrangements and pricing; d) a final stage involving the submission of a Final Tender in response to the Invitation to Submit Final Tenders (ISFT), evaluation of all responses to the ISFT and the award of the Contract to the Supplier whose Final Tender achieves the highest score.
