THIS IS AN INTENTION TO AWARD NOTIFICATION 
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), NHS South Yorkshire ICB and NHS West Yorkshire ICB (the Relevant Authorities) who are undertaking a competition to commission Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery Services for Yorkshire and the Humber under the NHS Personal Dental Services contract.
This notice is an intention to award a contract under the PSR Competitive Process
The lifetime value of the contract (all Lots) £37,019,336
Period of contract: 5 years with effect from 01 April 2025 with an option to extend for an additional period of 24 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authorities and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance; 
Lot 1 North Yorkshire is a new service
Lots 2-16 are existing services; 
Lot 1 3 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 and 16  - New Provider
Lot 2 and 7 - Incumbent Provider

Harrogate Court Extra Care Scheme

The City of Doncaster Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver care and support to tenants of Harrogate Court along with housing related and general wellbeing support and a community hub, providing a high quality service at all times. Care and support packages will be delivered in line with assessed need. It will be a 24/7 service including first response. The contract will be for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further five 12 month periods. Harrogate Court is a 50-bed apartment extra care scheme, for People aged 55 and over. The scheme has 21 one-bedroom apartments and 29 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are for rent. (There is also a communal lounge, laundry room, hairdresser, restaurant , shop and guest room. It is a requirement of this contract that you hold a CQC rating of good or above from the start and for the duration of this contract. Harrogate Court is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on contract award the successful provider must commence the CQC registration process. Until the service and manager are both registered with CQC, the successful provider must ensure that the service is overseen by a registered manager or CQC nominated individual, to provide consistent support to the manager. The nominated individual or registered manager designated must currently be responsible for a care service which is currently rated as ‘Good ‘or above with CQC.
