Description

Barnsley Council wishes to commission a stop smoking service that will be provided by a single or lead provider.  The service prevents people from smoking, assisting people to quit, and protect people from harms caused by second-hand smoke.

Nature and Health Accelerator Co-design

The following contract opportunity invites suitably experienced suppliers to work with Natural England and the Nature Towns and Cities Partnership to scope and shape options for a 'Nature and Health Accelerator' change programme. The programme will be rooted in innovation and cultural change, to explore, develop and test how to mainstream nature and health approaches in urban settings. Central to the work will be the ability to engage with and co-create options for a future programme with leaders from multiple sectors (including but not limited to the environmental, health, physical activity, Place-Making and, economic growth sectors). NQB Effective Safe Staffing Evidence Reviews

NHS England has been commissioned by the National Quality Board (NQB) to oversee the development of a contemporary suite of improvement resources for safer staffing. The programme will update the existing improvement resources and will write brand new safe staffing resources via working groups chaired by strategic influencers and attended by subject matter experts. Evaluation of NHSE Education Quality Data Indicators

The National Education and Training Survey (NETS) launched in 2019 and has since provided the only national platform to collect feedback from learners and professionals working across the full breadth of the health and care system. This insight into learner experience is vital in reducing student attrition, improving workforce retention and reducing inequalities and discrimination. The NETS questions have evolved over time and additional features, such as professional branching, have been added. After six years it is important that the current question set is independently validated for content and dependability along with the statistical model used to analyse the response dataset. The NETS now produces millions of individual data lines. As such, it is important that the questions and statistical model are appropriate, robust and offer a framework from which evidence-based decisions can be made.
