Project description: The design and construction of a brand-new high quality Marine Lake Events Centre, Water & Light Show and wider supporting uses.

Sefton Council intends to appoint a Contractor in respect of the pre-construction period and the main construction contract.

The procurement process undertaken was a two-stage Design & Build tender through the Procure Partnerships North West (PPNW) framework. 

A PCSA has been entered with John Graham Construction Ltd for £338,546.54 exc. VAT. Further notice relating to the main contract will be issued by the Council in early 2025.
