Description

Dodington Parish Council (DPC) is a medium sized Council situated in South Gloucestershire.  Major neighbouring towns are Yate and Chipping Sodbury.
DPC is in the process of reviewing grounds maintenance and grass cutting contracts for the Public Open Spaces and Sports Pitches that they are responsible for.
They are inviting interested parties (within a 50 mile radius of parish) to tender for the work for 2025 - 2028 seasons.  (1st April 2025 - 31st March 2028).
DPC are keen to see cost for a 3 year contract - but would also consider an extension to 5 years.
Details of the various area's and requirements can be found in document entitled ' GROUNDS MAINTENANCE GRASS CUTTING SERVICE 2025'.
Whilst companies can tender for all area's - DPC would like to see the breakdown between the area's - and may employ different companies for each area (as they do currently).
You are welcome to just tender for one area (please mark this clearly upon submission).
The closing date for receipt of tenders is Thursday 20th February 2025 at 5pm.

Herefordshire Council - New Public Realm Services Contract

The County of Herefordshire District Council ("the Council") is procuring a contract for up to 10 (ten) years for the provision of public realm works and services ("Public Realm Services"). The Council may at its discretion include schemes with an estimated value up to and including £250,000 in the Contract. In addition, the Council may include schemes with an estimated value exceeding £250,000 up to £1,000,000 when the requirements set out in the Scope are satisfied. Note, the estimated aggregate value of these schemes forms part of the estimated annual spend under the Contract. The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 7 (seven) years and thereafter there will be options to extend the term for a period of up to a maximum (from the commencement date) of 10 (ten) years.
