Description

To provide a service supporting the national audit team in carrying out defined cost audits for people and equipment across various frameworks and contracts, primarily, but not limited to, the Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF) and the Pavement Delivery Framework (PDF). Occasional Project Manager assessments may be undertaken utilising the audit outcomes.

Manchester Cathedral is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to support its NLHF part-funded project. The appointment will cover both the Development Stage (running to March 2027 and the preparation of the NLHF Round 2 submission) and, subject to funding, the Delivery Stage.
