North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as "the Council") invites quotations for the supply of technical consultancy expertise to support the evaluation of tenders and provide advice to the Council regarding the North Northamptonshire Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) procurement.
