      This tender is for the provision of a catering service for 4 extra care housing schemes within the Tees Valley area and 1 in North Yorkshire (hereinafter "the Service") to Thirteen Housing Group Limited a registered community and benefit society under number 7522 whose registered office is at Hudson Quay, Windward Way, Middlesbrough, TS2 1QG
      
      The purpose of this tender is to provide all interested parties with the opportunity to propose an accurately priced solution for the provision of extra care catering in accordance with the Specification of requirements, terms and conditions of contract.

Birmingham City Council is seeking to promote regeneration throughout the city and to promote not only the economic but also the social and environmental wellbeing of its residents and visitors to the city. This includes offering a diverse range of facilities and activities for citizens to participate in and experience. This Request for Quotations is being issued using the Council’s e-tendering system ‘In-tend’ and organisations must ensure that they are registered users.
