Description

Carterton Town Council (CTC) is inviting tenders for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (2015).

The Contract will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030, comprising an initial term of 3 years (to 31 March 2028), with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years, subject to performance, price and mutual agreement. 

Carterton's Ground Maintenance Services are split into 5 lots:
Lot 1 - Grass Cutting (£125,000 over 5 years)
Lot 2- Litter, Bins and General Maintenance (£160,000 over 5 years)
Lot 3 - Hedges and Footpaths (£25,000 over 5 years)
Lot 4 - Flowers and Shrubs (£45,000 over 5 years)
Lot 5 - Black Bourton Cemetery (17,500 over 5 years)

Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for one, multiple or all of the above lots. They may also propose combined bids for multiple lots, detailing any efficiencies or added value provided by delivering multiple lots together.

Tender responses (schedule 3) must be returned by email or post to the Town Clerk by 4pm on Friday 7 February.

The provision of seasonal Floral Displays (2026-2028) Aylesbury Town Council is inviting tenders for the provision of floral display services for the Town. The evaluation criteria is weighted across three areas, these are the following: • Quality - 50% • Price - 40% • Social Value 10% The total contract value is estimated to £312,105.00 over three years excl VAT. The deadline for this opportunity is the 05/01/2026, as suppliers are required to fulfil the minimum score on Stage 1 to progress onto Stages 2 and 3.
