Young Persons Supported Lodgings

The ‘Young Persons Supported Lodging Service’ (the “Service”) will deliver an intensive twenty-four hour staffed supported lodging service to young people aged sixteen to twenty-four (16 to 24) who have a range of support needs, some of which will be complex and require an intensive level of enhanced housing related and transitional support. The service will aim to help offer a stable, consistent environment, so that the young people can be encouraged to build their independent skills. Youth Guarantee Trailblazer

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking responses relating to the provision of Youth Guarantee Trailblazer. The Youth Trailblazers are required to test how different elements of the Youth Guarantee can be brought together into a coherent offer for young people, with clear leadership and accountability and proactive engagement to make sure no young person misses out. The Youth guarantee Trailblazer project in Wolverhampton will deliver on the following key interventions: 1.Enabling and supporting young people to engage with employers, through subsided work experience offers and tailored support via grant funding. 2.
