Description

Feasibility study for a scheme to reduce traffic flow and speeds on Manor Road and improve walking and cycling provision, with the overall aim to improve safety and encourage travel by active modes. Access needs of properties on the road should be maintained and significant negative traffic impact on the surrounding road network should be avoided. The preferred option and its delivery phasing needs to align with potential changes in land uses along Manor Road in the foreseeable future. Note: This is being awarded using WNC terms and conditions, rather than ESPO (as was stated in the previous EOI).

Civil Engineering Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Scotland - projects up to 5 million GBP

The Scottish Ministers have been working with internal and external stakeholders on the development of a Scottish collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Civil Engineering projects up to 5 million GBP for use across the Scottish public sector. To be considered, economic operators are required to complete the Single Procurement Document (SPD) including the Financial Standing Workbook, the Technical and Professional Ability Workbook (including Core Terms Acceptance and SOC Check) and the Environmental Management and Climate Change Plan Form in accordance with the Contract Notice and the accompanying Instructions document. Economic operators will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (Scotland) 2015, on the basis of the information provided within their application. A Price Quality Ratio (PQR) of 30% Price and 70% Quality (with a range of +/-20%) will be undertaken for all calls for competition under this DPS.

CCS has a dynamic purchasing system for Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Solutions. The agreement started on 08 April 2020 and was scheduled to end on 07 April 2024. This provides central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure an extensive range of vehicle charging products and services. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a database of Approved suppliers considered capable of carrying out professional consultancy services to a satisfactory standard. The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in section II.2. The specific services cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, buildings and civils professional consultancy services. The DPS is a 2-stage process: Stage 1 - All providers who meet the selection criteria within the online Questionnaire and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS. New providers can also apply to join the DPS at any point during its lifetime. Stage 2 - Contracts are awarded during the second stage. A Call-Off competition will be put out inviting each approved provider on the DPS list relating to the particular Lot.
