Description

Lancashire Renewables Ltd (the Authority) (formally Global Renewables Lancashire Operations Ltd) operates and manages two waste treatment facilities in Lancashire. The Authority’s key objectives are to receive, treat and transport contract waste in accordance with the targets and service requirements set out in the Service Level Agreement between the company and its majority shareholder, Lancashire County Council.

The Authority is establishing a Framework Agreement for the provision of the lease and maintenance services of various HGVs
(Equipment). The Core Equipment to be leased through the Framework Agreement will be:
- 6x4 axle configuration tractor units each hauling an ejector trailer (landfill site operations)
- 6x2 axle configuration tractor units each hauling a walking floor trailer (non-landfill operations)
- 6x2 axle configuration tractor units each hauling a vacuum tanker trailer (non-landfill operations)
It is anticipated that 35 complete vehicles will be leased through the Framework's initial order and that operational commencement of these vehicles will be October 2025.

Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination Facility Solutions Framework

Some NHS organisations have out of date Sterile Services and/or Endoscopy Decontamination Departments. In order to maintain compliant services, NHS organisations either need to outsource these services or invest in the development of new facilities. This Framework will offer a solution for NHS organisations (Participating Authorities) wishing to invest in the development of new facilities. The Framework will allow NHS organisations to procure a Supplier who can design, build and equip a Sterile Services or Endoscopy Decontamination facility and subsequently maintain the facility and its equipment under a managed service contract. Vehicles and associated supplies & services

Flagship Group is setting up a DPS for vehicles and associated supplies and services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.
