Description

Support and hosting of the Payments and Income Management system (Pay360) with secure PCI Telephony which covers the following essential core systems currently operational within the Council:
(1) A central income processing and repository module used to assist with validating, processing and storage of income.
(2) Debit or credit card payments taken over the telephone, online and in-person. Telephone payments taken on Pay 360 integrate with the PCI Pal telephony solution included in this contract.
