The University of Southampton is awarding a call-off contract utilising the NHS Shared Business Services Framework - Healthcare Planning,
Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) (Ref: SBS10191) Lot 2 - Project Management, for the following services:
- Project Manager who will support with managing all building issues and projects for a portfolio of existing University of Southampton buildings.
- Project Management support to deliver the remaining stages of the new app-enabled ANPR scheme for parking.
- Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Faculty Projects, including managing new construction projects, non-routine maintenance defects and statutory compliance issues.

The project, which involves the comprehensive redevelopment of educational facilities, is progressing and we are preparing to tender for the PM services from RIBA Stage 4 and beyond.
