Description

This award is for a call-off contract from the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 framework agreement.  There is an initial term of 36 months, with a 1-year extension option available.

The scope of the contract is primarily for a cloud-hosted BACS Approved Software platform to provide the security and automation of Direct Credit and Direct Debit payments.  This covers a subscription licence, support services and hosting services.

If required throughout the contract term, the Authority may also call-off any additional services relating to the solution and any additional modules within the AcessPay BACS platform.

A bank account name verification module is specifically included for the first eight months of the contract.  After this point, it is included as an optional module which may be extended or re-activated at any point during the contract term.

Automated Video Redaction Solution

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Sussex on behalf of themselves and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Surrey are looking to contract with a supplier for the provision of an automated video redaction solution for teams involved in supplying material linked for both civil and criminal cases.
