Description

Salesforce is utilised by the Department Resourcing Group (HR Operations) as its main operational recruitment and scheduling tool. Its usage extends to all delegated and SCS recruitment across DfT and its family agencies as well as the issue of employee contracts.

Salesforce Developer is the hands-on resource for any on-going build and design/configuration of the CRM scheduling tool within Salesforce. This bespoke system was designed and built with this assistance of the developer and in accordance with CSHR Global Design principles, it adheres to the guidelines within the Civil Service recruitment process. We were supported by the DfT Architecture team and obtained ACB approval at various stages as the system was developed.

Salesforce meets the department requirements for secure cloud-based CRM software, accessible via web/mobile. Its functionality enables planning, scheduling, monitoring, and a single view of a recruitment campaign with a high level of automation and the possibility to add in additional functionality over time. It has the capability to house all 'offline' recruitment activity throughout the DfT family agencies, including but not limited to SCS and EOI to get a 360 view of DFT resourcing.
