Description

The University of York wishes to invite tenders to for a framework agreement for Coach Hire with Driver Services.  The coach hire with driver services will be required throughout the year to support events such as fieldtrips, open days, outreach events, conferencing (both on and off campus), international travel, college day trips, agent and school visits, student theatre trips. The framework agreement will be split into the following Lots: o	Lot 1: Hire Costs with driver – up to 12-seater mini-bus.o	– 16-seater coach/ mini-bus.o	– up to 22-seater coach.o	– up to 36-seater coach.o	– up to 49-seater coach.o	– up to 60-seater coach.o	– up to 60-seater wheelchair accessible coach.o	- up to 60+ seater coach/ bus.o	Lot 2: Hire Costs with driver - wheelchair accessible coach o	- coach with toilet facilities.

Non Franchised Bus and DRT Services

Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) wishes to implement a DPS from which TfGM will procure Subsidised Services including but not limited to: Network Bus Services, Subsidised Bus Services, Resource Contracts, Demand Response contracts and Metroshuttle contracts. The DPS will provide TfGM with a selection of qualified operators to supply tendered services in areas where there is a social need that is not served by the commercial bus network. With this being a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) there is no guarantee of any specific amount or type of work being allocated to any of the operators (including the Highest Scoring Supplier). All contracts awarded under the DPS will follow further competitions which will commence early 2025. Only qualified operators that are on the DPS will be invited to participate.

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of a high quality and cost effective Education and Social Care Transport Service. The DPS Supplier Qualification Questionnaire (SQQ) will remain available for the duration of the DPS. The requirements will cover bus, taxi, minibus and wheelchair accessible vehicles. The DPS will be structured into the following 5 lots: Lot 1: 4-8 seat vehicles Lot 2: 9-16 seat vehicles Lot 3: 17-49 seat vehicles Lot 4: 50+ seat vehicles Lot 5: Wheelchair accessible vehicles The DPS will run for an initial period of 5 years with an option to be extended for a further period of up to 24 months (reviewable on an annual basis and subject to performance).
