Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint service providers (pharmacies) for both the Pharmacotherapy and the Stop Smoking Behavioural support services in Herefordshire. The contract duration is 2 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years. North Ayrshire Council (NAC) requires an appropriately qualified and experienced provider to provide an independent information and advice service in relation to Self Directed Support for North, South and East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnerships.
