The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is pleased to invite tender offers for our England East Coast one (1) academic year regional Scholarships Programme 2025.

The ECITB is tendering for a contract for the delivery of the skills and knowledge required within the 2025 ECITB Scholarship Programme (East Coast) - pathway requirements can be found within the procurement pack, specifically detailed in document 9 and the specification documents 2 (f-g). 

This tender consists of 2 lots. Bidders can submit offers for individual  or both lots as detailed within the relevant specifications.  Please see the procurement pack for full guidance.  

The two lots consist of the following for the East Coast (one year 2025):

The Ministry of Defence / Army announce an upcoming contracting opportunity, for a six year contract commencing 1st Aug 26, to support and supplement the delivery of the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker English Apprenticeship (ST0217) to the Defence Medical Services (Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force) Medics and Health Care Assistants. A Bidders Briefing session is planned to be held at the Defence Medical Academy (Litchfield) on the 11 Sep 2025 with details on how to secure a place provided in the Tender Notice. Lot 9 - Early Years Experts - Sector Support ITT for Educational and Childrens Social Care (ECSC) Framework

The Department for Education is inviting tenders in line with this specification for suppliers to join Lot 9 DfE Support for the Early Years Sector of the Educational and Children's Social Care Professionals (ECSC) Framework. Suppliers must have successfully responded to all mandatory pre-qualification questions in the overarching ITT prior to responding to the Lot-specific requirements contained within this Invitation to Tender. The initial tender window is from 22nd August 2025 to 19th September Bidders are able to respond to the ITT by submitting bids to join the individual lot on the framework during this onboarding phase and will undergo rigorous supplier checks. The Department reserves the right to reopen the Lot to allow new entrants to the market to apply to join this Lot. Lot 9 Early Years Experts - Sector Support of the Educational and Children's Social Care (ECSC) Framework Style Agreement will allow direct call-off and mini competition routes as detailed in schedule 3 of the Framework Agreement.
