Description

Perth & Kinross Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out refurbishment works on our Enhanced Void properties and properties which are bought back from the open market. Occasionally the buy-back properties require works to be brought up to standard to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standards (SHQS).
The works required to meet the SHQS and the Net Zero targets can consist of new kitchens, bathrooms, heating, insulation measures, electrical works, solar PV and other renewable technologies. This list is not exhaustive. The full scope of works will be detailed in the Employers Requirements of the tender documents.

Connie Lewcock Reroofing Scheme

Removal of existing and installation of roof tile covering, battens and roofing felt to the main quadrangle. Work to include replacement of all rainwater goods and missing/damaged vertical tile cladding where applicable. Anticipate works to be carried out late August/early September 2024 due to ecology reports. Cyclical Decorations and Redecorations DPS

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for Cyclical Decorations and Redecoration Work. The services will be split into 2 Categories, as follows: Category 1: Internal Preparation and Decoration Category 2: External Preparation and Decoration The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom.
