Description

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board 'the ICB' (under delegated commissioning on behalf of NHS England) is seeking to procure GP Primary Medical Services and additional services delivered from the following sites:
Lot 1 - Francis Road Medical Centre, 94 Francis Road, E10 6PP.
Lot 2 - E16 Health, Albert Road & Pontoon Dock. The main branch Albert Road is situated at 76 Albert Road, North Woolwich, London E16 2DY. The second site is at Pontoon Dock is situated at Royal Wharf, N Woolwich Road, London E16 2TH
Lot 3 - Broad Street Medical Practice. Broad Street Resource Centre, Morland Road Dagenham RM10 9HU
Lot 1 - Francis Road Medical Centre (FRMC) is currently managed under an APMS contract. This Procurement seeks to allocate FRMC as an additional site to an existing GMS/PMS contract within the NEL ICB area. The existing GMS / PMS contract of the successful provider in this procurement will be varied to include the services to be provided at FRMC.
The contract to be entered into for Lot 2 - E16 Health, Albert Road & Pontoon Dock and Lot 3 - Broad Street Medical Centre will be in accordance with the general APMS issued by the ICB. The contracts will have an initial term of up to 5 years (60 months), followed by an optional extension of 5 years (60 months) at the discretion of the commissioner, and followed by a further optional extension of up to 5 years (60 months) at the discretion of the commissioner. If all available extension is taken up in full the contract will have a maximum duration of 15 years (180 months).
Contract values within this notice are indicative. The annual indicative budget is based on Q3 2024/25.
Lot 1 - Francis Road Medical Centre
• The estimated contract value for Lot 1 is £777,510.55 per annum 
Lot 2 - E16 Health, Albert Road & Pontoon Dock
• The estimated lifetime value of the contract for Lot 2 is £ 40,455,356.85.
(£ 2,697,023.79 per annum, Initial 5 Years is £13,485,118.95).
Lot 3 - Broad Street Medical Centre
• The estimated lifetime value of the contract for Lot 3 is £ 15,093,393.75
(£ 1,006,226.25 per annum, Initial 5 Years is  £ 5,031,131.25.)

Long Acting Reversible Contraception in Primary Care Settings DPS

As required under the Provider Selection Regime Regulation 13(5), this is a notice of extension of the existing DPS (now managed under Direct Award B) by a further year until 30th November 2025.
