The programme encompasses promotion of positive mental health and wellbeing, self-help, mental health awareness, suicide prevention and intervention, as well as postvention including bereavement.
A tiered approach has been adopted to ensure a variety of training is on offer ranging from awareness sessions to in-depth skills training.
Members of the public, frontline workers/ volunteers of voluntary and community sector organisations, health and social care and the local authorities will be able to access the programme free of charge.
