This procurement establishes a framework agreement ("the Framework") as a procurement vehicle for the commissioning and procurement, by Southampton City Council ("the Council") and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board ("the ICB"), of social care supported living services under the Council's Inclusive Lives commissioning agenda. The procurement was conducted under the "Light Touch Regime" in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Regulations 74-76. The services will primarily - but not exclusively - be for adults with lived experience of learning disability and / or  mental health conditions and comparable needs, neurodiversity (including autism) and individuals in receipt of continuing health care services.  The procurement sought to  source a range of experienced service suppliers to the Framework to support the Council and the ICB in its aim of generating opportunities for individuals to experience inclusive lives through access to good quality supported living and outreach services enabling them to maximise their capacity to live independently and achieve their identified goals and outcomes.  The Framework will commence from 4th November 2024 with an initial term of 6 years and 5 months (i.e. 77 months). The Council will have the option to extend the Framework Agreement term, by up to three further periods each of one year in length, so that the maximum length of the Framework Agreement will be 9 years and 5 months (i.e. 113 months).

This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.
