Leicestershire County Council manages the commissioning and contracting arrangements for individual packages of residential care for individual people, eligible for social care support, who are residents of Leicestershire.
This Provider List is for residential care for adults who have been assessed as eligible under the Care Act 2014 or under the NHS Continuing Health Care (CHC) Framework and who require a residential or nursing care home placement to meet their care needs in Leicestershire. The service specification outlines the exact requirements of the Council. Please note that this process will award Providers and this will include all eligible locations under each Provider.
Please note that this procurement falls under the Light Touch Regime.

This tender is applicable to Residential Care Homes located within the boundaries of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees. The Care Home will be registered with the Care Quality Commission for the regulated service - Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, with the specialism of learning disabilities. It is not applicable to Personal Care Providers who provide domiciliary services in people's homes (This is covered by the Council's existing Care at Home Framework). Mental Health Supported Living-Phase 2- Camden Council

This procurement is Phase 2 of the Mental Health Supported Living (MHSL) procurement. MHSL will provide accommodation-based support for people with serious mental illness (SMI), which includes conditions such as psychotic disorders (including schizophrenia), bipolar disorder and personality disorder. Social Impact Framework

Prior Notice Published: UK-0339 The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub intends to establish a multi-lot framework agreement to support the commissioning of services that address health inequalities and the wider determinants of health. The framework will offer a compliant, structured route for NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), local authorities, and other public sector bodies to procure community-based services. It is designed to strengthen collaboration with VCSEs, SMEs, and specialist providers, with the aim of improving early access to support and reducing pressure on acute services. The framework focuses on three core themes: Voice & Influence: Enabling people and communities to shape services, exercise choice, and be active participants in decision-making. Community-Led Services for Social Impact: Supporting services led by local organisations and people, with a focus on addressing needs identified by the community. Prevention & Cessation: Commissioning services that focus on prevention, early intervention, and supporting people to make positive changes, reducing demand for crisis or acute care. Services may include, but are not limited to, support with mental health, housing, employment, financial inclusion, domestic abuse, and wider prevention services. The framework will be open to all eligible providers across the UK and will operate as an open framework under the Procurement Act 2023.
