The Authority on behalf of the Consortium requires a Contractor with the capacity and track record to provide rapid response (attendance within 2 hours), emergency shoring and remedial works to dangerous buildings and structures (this could include boarding windows to major shoring operation of large high-rise buildings) on a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year basis across the Consortium's geographical area encompassing all of London, plus Dartford and Spelthorne. It is proposed that this framework would start on the 1 April 2025 running for a period of 4-years to the 31 March 2029. The Contractor may also be asked to provide planned maintenance or planned works as and when required.

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of ad-hoc repair works to service its 10,500 tenanted properties. Swindon Borough Council is establishing a framework for the provision of ad-hoc repair works to service its 10,500 tenanted properties. The framework will consist of 11 lots across a number of different works categories with the maximum value of any single call-off not exceeding £25,000 (exclusive of VAT). The maximum framework term will be 48 months. London and Quadrant Housing Trust and its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services are one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK, housing over 250,000 people in more than 95,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East of England. London and Quadrant Housing Trust are tendering for the provision of services for Groundwork, RC Frame, External Works and Piling for London and Quadrant's Self Delivered New Build Projects to comply with the Public Contracts regulations 2015. The objective of this tender process is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System with the tenderers and London and Quadrant Housing Trust. The dates and contract value are estimates and could be subject to change. This tender is for Sub-contractors only. This tender process is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of the Works.
