Description

Vulnerable people such as the elderly benefit from Safe and Well visits carried out by UK Fire and Rescue Services. The initiative builds on the long-standing success of Home Safety Checks, which helped to protect people from the risk of fire in their homes. Safe and Well visits include advice to help individuals improve their health and wellbeing with the ultimate goal of reducing their risk from fire. As part of these visits Fire Services supply Safe and Well Equipment.    This multi-supplier Framework Agreement is for the supply of Safe and Well Equipment to include but not limited to Fire Retardant bedding, mattress toppers, throws, blankets, curtains, mattresses, nightwear, smoking aprons, home safety security equipment to protect from arson, fire retardant rubber mats, personal protection misting systems that can be fitted into properties and keep warm packs.

Supply of Bedding, Linen, Towels and Associated Services to Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

The scope of the contract is Provision and Storage of Clean Linen including, but not limited to bedding, towels and patient garments (The Goods). The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Authority) requires a Supplier to provide the Goods and Associated Services in accordance with its specification. The Associated Services includes a requirement for “just in time” delivery. Due to a lack of storage space within the Sites, the need for “just in time” delivery shall be a key requirement of the contract as well as storage of the Emergency Linen to be used as part of the Authority’s Laundry Service Business Continuity Plan. Emergency Linen shall be relied upon in Emergency/Urgent Requests whereby the Authority’s internal laundry services teams are unable to launder linen (E.g. due to machinery breakdown). This Emergency Linen must be available for delivery to the Authority’s Site(s) within 24 hours of request.

London Luton Airport (LLA) is seeking a specialist supplier to enter into a Zero-Value Framework agreement over a 10-year period for the Supply, servicing and maintenance (including all repairs) of new Standard 3 Explosive Detection Systems for use in an Outsized baggage/Hold Baggage Screening (HBS) facility. The primary aim of this project is to commence asset replacement of all LLA HBS Machines with the new Standard 3 Xray machines For further details please see tender documents available via the LLA Procurement portal “Jaggaer”. Note a mandatory site visit is being held on Thursday 5th June 2025 and the deadline to register for the site visit is 12 noon Monday 2nd June 2025 registrations to be submitted as stated within the tender document.
