Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority (“CPCA”) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (“DPS”) to engage expertise in a range of areas to support the delivery of net zero finance initiatives. This document provides a description of the types of services required, and what types of services are included within each DPS category. CPCA’s ambition is to appoint Suppliers who will be considered by Buyers for a number of Call-Off Contracts.
