This should include training provision relating to communication, skills and confidence building. Experience engaging with employers and/or the business community is also a requirement. Should demand/budget increase you must have the capacity to increase delivery. The programme will also include working in partnership with the ABC LMP team to run a reverse job fair within the ABC borough. The successful delivery partner will plan and host a celebration event after the programme completes in the ABC area.
