Dynamic Purchasing System for Drainage Investigations and CCTV Surveys - ON-GOING APPLICATION

This Contract Notice is to inform the market that the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Drainage Investigations and CCTV Surveys has been extended for one year until 30th November 2025, in accordance with the DPS Agreement and original tender documentation. The surveys are required as part of the Council’s statutory duties under the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, the Highways Act (1980) and for Asset Management purposes. The requirement is for surveys only, not repairs.

The Provision of Water Hygiene Quality Monitoring Services Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from water hygiene qualified and experienced service providers to carry out water hygiene quality monitoring. Project Description Swindon Borough Council (SBC) wishes to engage a service provider to carry out water hygiene quality monitoring both within the borough of Swindon and a residential activity centre in Powys, Wales, in line with regulations. The initial contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 4 years (2 periods of 2 Years) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the Tender documents. Estimated contract spend is between £450,00 - £465,000 across the initial 3 year contract term. With an estimated contract spend across the potential total 7 year contract term of between £1,050,000 and £1,085,000. Full details relating to the services are provided in the tender documents. Derbyshire County Council and Derby City Council (“the Councils”) are seeking to appoint a contractor to provide services and works in respect of the Derby and Derbyshire Waste Treatment Centre at Sinfin Lane, Derby, DE24 9GF (“DDWTC”). The DDWTC is a treatment facility for the disposal of residual municipal waste collected by the Councils. The successful contractor will be required to: preserve the DDWTC whilst undertaking due diligence services; rectify, commission and optimise the DDWTC; and then continue to operate and maintain the DDWTC to provide waste management services from the facility.
