Any new applications can continue to be made at the above mentioned address. The estimated value of £12 million provided on this notice is based on the estimated total value of requirements over the next 3 year period. Highways Maintenance Works - A1.3 Carriageway and Footway Retread

The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier (the "Contractor") for the provision of a cold in-situ recycling process which reconstructs the footway and carriageway by recycling existing material, importing new materials as required, then applying new bitumen to provide a new surface material (the "Works").
