Regenerating Doncaster City Centre for the 21st Century, is a key Mayoral mission. Over the past year we have undertaken a significant amount of work to deliver on this ambition. This has included the introduction of a new, private sector chaired, city centre board, a Big City Conversation engaging over 8,000 residents and developing a new draft vision for the city centre to 2050.   We are integrating this work into a new 2050 City Centre Strategy, to be in place early 2025. Reflecting and incorporating the engagement with local people, the vision, a service delivery summary, short term priority interventions for the City Centre, high level actions and an implementation plan.   Following the publication of the new strategy it will be necessary to undertake a refresh of the 2016 Urban Centre masterplan, to be published in summer 2025 and we are commissioning a partner to deliver this work.

The service will cover two types of specialist support: -Advice on Digital methods for improving Productivity -Advice on Digital methods for accelerating New Product Development The main objectives of the service are: To support Welsh organisations as directed by the Welsh Government, who wish to improve their understanding and use of digital technologies and productivity tools, by introducing relevant actions, technology and expertise. To introduce new and enhanced digital activities in key areas to support organisations to develop and commercialise new and improved products and processes. The service will also introduce organisations to the Well-being of Future Generations explaining the relevance of the Sustainable Development principle and the Five Ways of Working. The successful bidder will be awarded an initial 12-month contract with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years on a plus 12-months plus 12 months basis. A maximum budget of up to GBP 277,500 per annum (excluding VAT) has been allocated to deliver the contract. Please be aware this is a demand led service, therefore there is no guaranteed level of expenditure. The maximum value is based on historical need for the contract and the maximum funding we have available.

TfL 96575 PSFW3 - Project & Programme Management and Commercial Services Framework

The suite of TfL Professional Services Frameworks 3 is TfL's and its Group Companies', Greater London Authority and its Functional Bodies and all London Boroughs, primary means of accessing professional services (engineering, planning and project management support, commercial etc) and expertise from the external supply chain. In line with its Commercial Strategy, TfL has a Category Management approach for replacing the current Professional Services Framework 2. Fundamental to the success of the programme is ensuring that the intended users have access to the necessary technical and specialist skills and services to meet their requirements. The vision for the new suite of Frameworks includes higher service provision, reduced costs and greater value for money based on key strategic objectives. This notice is for the Framework from the suite of Professional Services Frameworks 3 - the Project & Programme Management and Commercial Services Framework. This Framework will cover the following services: Project and Programme Management Services - Project Management, PMO Services, Portfolio Management, Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Assurance Services. Commercial Services - Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Cost Intelligence. The framework agreement will be for a duration of three (3) years, with an option to extend for up to a further (1) year; the option to execute any extension, and the increments by which this is exercised, will be at TfL's sole discretion. This is a NIL Value Framework. This procurement process is being conducted under the Restricted Procedure pursuant to Regulation 28 of the Public Contracts Regulations as amended ("PCR 2015"). To express an interest in this tender, Bidders need to complete and submit a response to the SSQ in response to the deadline in Section IV.2.2 of the FTS Contract Notice.
